Bokaro Power Supply Limited was  established in 2001 a Joint Venture Company of Steel Authority of India  Ltd.(SAIL) and Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) and is engaged in power and steam generation and  supplies power and steam (at various pressures) to SAIL’s Bokaro Steel  Plant (BSL) located at Bokaro for  meeting the process requirement of BSL.

BPSCL invites Online application from eligible and willing aspirants to fill the post of Operator/Attendant cum Technician.Selected candidates will undergo for 2 year training period with pay scale.The candidates who have qualified ITI/Diploma(full time) in Mechanical/Electrical Trade are eligible to apply for this posts.

Age required : minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years

Qualification : ITI/Diploma Eng in Mechanical/Electrical

Application fee : For General/OBC/ESM Candidates it will be Rs 250/- for Operator-cum technician posts and for the Attendant cum technician post it will be Rs.150/- & for reserve candidate fee will be only Rs.50/-. Candidate have to deposit the fee in SBI bank with print out of the pay in slip available on the application Registration portal. 

Selection Mode :

Eligible candidates have to appear in Written test in Hindi/English, After this the candidates will be called for interview on the basis of Written test.

How to Apply :

Candidates are advised to apply online through website www.bpscl.com  To apply, candidates may click at the link of the post applying for and submit information online in the appropriate fields. Before registering their application on the website, candidates should ensure the following:

• have a valid E-mail ID
• Have latest passport  size colour photograph as well as photograph of own signature in digital format (.jpg or .jpeg file only, each less than 500 kb size) for uploading with the application. The application is liable to be rejected if the uploaded photograph/signature is not  clear and recognizable. While submitting the application online
• Category (General/SC/ST/OBC/PWD/ESM) once submitted in the application cannot be changed and no benefit of other category will be subsequently admissible.
• Written Test for the posts of Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) and Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) shall be held in separate sittings. Candidates applying for both the posts should register separately with separate application / processing fee.
• Download pay-in- slip from the website after filling in the required details. Refer the Instructions for payment of Fees as given under the head “Mode of Payment of Fees” .
