AIIMS Recruitment 2013 – 698 Sr, Jr Residents & Demonstrator Posts 

AIIMS Bhubaneswar is one of the six AIIMS like apex healthcare institutes being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). With the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country, and attaining self sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education and training the PMSSY planned to set up 6 new AIIMS like institutions in under served areas of the country.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhubaneswar has delivered notification for the recruitment of 698 Sr, Jr Residents & Demonstrator Vacancies. Eligible Indian citizens can send their applications on or before 31-12-2013. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process and how to apply are given below….

Name of the Posts:
1. Senior Resident: 327 Posts
2. Junior Resident: 301 Posts
3. Tutor/ Demonstrator: 70 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit will be 33 years as on 31-12-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: 
Candidates should possesses MBBS/ BDS degree with one year of intern ship from recognised university/ institute, MD/ MS/ MDS in the discipline concerned from recognised university/ institute for S.No.1 post, MBBS/ BDS from a recognised Institute with one year of internship and registration under any state or MCI/DCI. For non-medical candidates MSc degree in the concerned subject for S.No.2 & 3 posts.

Application Fees: 
Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.1000/- with transaction charges for General & OBC and Rs.800/- + Transaction Charges for SC/ST category in the form of Bank Draft (D.D), Ac.No. 557820110000006, IFS code: BKID0005578, MICR code: 751013019, payable at Bank of India, AIIMS Bhubaneswar Branch, Odisha.

Selection Process:
Selection will be on the basis of combined marks of written test and interview.

How to Apply: 
Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format affixed with self attested photograph along with self attested copies of age, date of birth, educational qualification and experience, caste certificate and the requisite application fee should reach to Chairman, Examination Cell, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Sijua, PO: Dumuduma, Bhubaneswar – 751 019, Odisha (India) by postal/ courier on or before 31-12-2013.
