Only  eligible candidates  shall apply in the prescribed format, which is  available in the office of the Education Officer,  District Panchayat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa. The same can also be downloaded from website www.dnh.nic.in . Duly filled-in  application along  wit attested  copies of  all  the  required  relevant certificate  including domicile and Caste Certificate  issued by the Mamlatdar,  Silvassa/Khanvel  shall be submitted to the Education Office (Primary Education), District Panchayat
