• Doctors- Specialist in Endocrinology/ Cardiology /MD General Medicine - for Dist. Hospital. -
  Three in each Dist. For Darjeeling, Dakshin Dinajpur & Jalpaiguri. Total -9 SC-2. ST-I, OBC-A.I, OBC-B-1. Gen-4
• Medical Oncologist (Specialist) (NCD) for cancer care facility at Dist. Hospital -  One in each 01st. For Darjeeling & Jalpaiguri. Total -2 SC-1, Gen - 1
  

• Cytopathologist (Specialist) Doctors) for cancer care facility (NCD) at Dist. Hospital -
  One in each Dist, For Dareehng Daskhin Dnajpur & Jalpaiguri. Total -3 sc-i Gen-2
  

• Medical Officer (MBBS) at Block Level, RHI BPHC for NCD Clinic -
