Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), has released the notification for fulfil the vacant post of Medical Officers (General)-256 Posts. Eligible candidates can apply against this recruitment by confirming the age limit and qualifications and other details before applying for the Medical Officer posts. Candidates should possess the degree in M.B.B.S registered with PMC and have knowledge of Punjabi language of Matriculation standard. Age of the Candidates should not below 18 years and above 38 years as on 01/02/2014. for selection process, candidates have to clear the written examination which is going to be held on 2nd February 2014. Educational qualifications:

Candidate must be posses the degree in M.B.B.S. Registered with the Punjab Medical Council or with any other duly constituted Medical Council in India and Knowledge of Punjabi Language of Matriculation Standard or its equivalent.

Age Limit :

Candidates should not be below 18 years and above 38 years of age as on 01-01-2014. Upper age relaxation as per the govt rules.

Selection Method: To get selected candidate should be clear a Competitive Examination which can be held on 2nd March, 2014.

• Last date of depositing the Application fees: 13-02-2014
• Last Date of Submitting the Hard Copy of the duly filled Application Form: 21-02-2014
