Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited (or BSPHCL)  is a state-owned electricity regulation board operating within the state of Bihar in India. Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB) was established in 1958 as a statutory corporation under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948. As of November 2012, BSEB has nearly 1,700 officers and 14,850 employees. The derated capacity comes to just 530 MW. The BSEB was unbundeled on August 2, 2011.[3] Power Finance Corporation was the main consultant for BSEB's restructuring. BSPHCL is Recruiting for 516 JEE & Clerk Posts and inviting application from eligible working on regular establishment in BSPHCL & its 4(four) Subsidiary companies namely BSPGCL, BSPTCL, SBPDCL & NBPDCL for appointment to the post of Junior Elictrical Engineer (JEE), Junior Accountant Clerk, correspondance clerk & Store Assistant. Age limit for the students is 21 to 50 years as on 30/10/2013. Educational Qualification : 
1. For Junior Electrical Engineer : 3 year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
2.For Clerk : Graduate in Science, Graduate in Arts with maths or Graduate in Commerce
3.For Store Assistant : Graduate in Science, Arts or Commerce

Age limit : 21 to 50 years as on 30/10/2013

Pay band :
1. For Jr. Electrical Engineer : Rs.9300 to 34,800 + GP Rs. 4700/-
2.For Clerk & Staore Assistant : Rs.5200-Rs.20,200 + GP Rs.3200/-

Selection process : Selection will be made on the basis of written test. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in written test
