The Health & Family Welfare Department of the State Government has been vested with the responsibility of maintaining and developing the health care system in West Bengal. Public health, sanitation and hospitals are the exclusive responsibilities of the State.SHFWS has announced to arrange on contract basis for the post of Staff nurse under Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakarm (i,e.RBSK) of Rural Child Health Department (RCH).Under the department of Health and Family Wellfare,Government of west bengal provides financial and managerial support for the basic health care support and infrastructural facilities at the rural level, while the State level super specialty Medical Colleges & Hospitals predominantly provides the ambulatory care services.The full form of SHFWS is State Health & Family Welfare Samiti which is also supported by the government of west bengal.It is very much effective and helpfull to the poverty region people or people of india in their health problems.So State Health and Family Welfare Samiti has now Publish wise list of vacancies for the post of Staff nurse in various districts of West bengal and only for the residents of west bengal.About 80% of the Government health care services to the citizens are being provided free of cost.There are 746 posts to be filled, So Eligible candidates can apply online.for more details read the given points,

Essential qualification :

The aspirants should have done GNM  Training course from a Institute recognized by an Indian national council,Person with experience and Knowledge will be given additional marks.The candidate should be permanent resident of West Bengal and should be able to speak,write in Local language.

Consolidated remuneration : The selected candidates will be given Rs17220/- per month.

Selection process :
Screening of the application then the merit list wiil be announced and final the appointment will be held for the posts.

Age Criteria :
The candidate should not cross the age of 40 years.Relaxation for SC/ST
