The Jharkhand Public Service Commission was constituted under the provisions of the Article 315 of the Constitution of India by the Governor of Jharkhand. Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) was established with the aim of making a commission fully responsible for making the recruitment for the government posts in the state. The main objective of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) is to conduct written competitive examination and also the interviews for the selections of the candidates for any government posts in the state.
Now JPSC has issued a recruitment notification for the recruitment of Civil Judge Posts. Applications are invited for filling up 116 Civil Judge (Junior Division) vacancies. Eligible and interested candidates may apply by submitting their application on or before 6th January 2014.

Name of the Posts: Civil Judge (Junior Division)

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 22 years to 35 years as on 231-01-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification:Candidates must possess the qualification of Law graduate from any recognized university. 

Application Fee: General and other unreserved category candidates are required to pay Rs. 500/- as application fee and Rs. 50/- as Bank charge while SC/ ST/ and other reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs. 250/- as application fee and Rs. 50/- as Bank charge.Application fee should be paid through challan in any branch of State Bank of India.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written examination (Preliminary Entrance test, Main Examination) & Viva-Voice Test.
