Government of Andhra Pradesh – Panchayat Raj Department has issued notification for the vacancy of 82 seats of Panchayat secretaries grade-IV through general recruitment in respect of contract panchayat secreteries as per G.O.MS.NO.379.Govt. of Andhra pradesh has announced to consider all the eligible Contract gram panchayat secretaries for the general diirect recruitment with a relaxation in ag.

Name of post : Panchayat Secretery Grade IV

Scale of Pay :  Rs.7520-22430 ( in PRC-2010)


Important dates :
Last date for submission of application form :- upto 5 PM on 10.12.2013.

Age Criteria : The age of the candidate should be Above 18 years but less than 36 years

Application fee :
The candidates shall pay one time fee of Rs.50/- and submit the filledin applications along with required documents / certificates at designated mee seva centers at Eluru. Candidates belong to SCs and STs are fully exempted for payment of fee.

Essential qualification& Experience : 
Degree (75% weightage would be based on the marks obtained in the Degree examination) and the the remaining 25%, a weightage of 15% would be awarded for the service as Gram Panchayat Secretaries @ 3 marks per every year of service and 10% for the seniority after the date of acquisition of educational qualification @ 1 mark for each year of waiting after acquiring Degree qualification. The Weightage shall be extended to the eligible and qualified contract Panchayat secretaries only, but not to others.

Selection Criteria :
The eligible candidate should be interviewed by  authority in a systematic way according to their education and experience criteria.District selection comitee will be there in form of District Collector,Chief Executive officer and District panchayat officer will be there for the selection.
