44 Posts-Gvt.jobs in West Bengal Contractual basis
In the calender 2013, Many recruitment are issued by the west Bengal Govt.It has provided many candidates a secure life by recruiting them on the basis of eligibility. Now the Govt. of West Bengal has issued notification for 44 posts in various departments for contractual basis, Applications are invited from willing candidates including retired Government employees for engagement to various Contractual posts under District Project Management Unit, Burdwan for Kanyashree Prakalpa in Burdwan District in accordance with the Department of Women Development and Social Welfare, Women Welfare Branch, Government of West Bengal read with resolution of meeting of the State Level Steering and Monitoring Committee of Kanyashree Prakalpa,which was later dated 31.10.2013 of the Government of West Bengal. Eligibility Criteria for the various contractual posts and other conditions along with procedure of application and other processes for selection for engagement are given as follows. Engagement to all posts are for a Contractual Period of 3 years from the date of Contract.

- Project Manager : 01
- Accountant : 01
- Accounts-cum Data manager : 02
- Data manager : 37(only for residents)
Age Required :
Not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years
Education Criteria :
for Project Manager : Master degree with 5 year experience
For Accountant :Commerce graduate/Certificate in Computer Application and experience, if Have
Accounts-cum-data operator : same as (above)
Data manager : Graduate in any Discipline,Computer Knowledge and have typing speed of 30 word per minute in key board
Consolidate pay : 11000/- to 75000/- as per category of post
Period of Contract : The period of contact of work is for 3 years
Selection Criteria :
The selection of the candidates would be based on the written exam
Important dates :
- Last time & day of registration in district website is 5.30 P.M. 11th January 2014 and last day of submission of hard copy of application is 3.00 P.M. 12th January 2014.
- List of accepted applications would be available in the District Website on and from 10th February 2014
- verification at the Office of the District Magistrate, Social Welfare Section on any working day from 12 Noon to 3 P.M. on and from and 12th December 2013 to 12th January 2014
- Admit Cards with Date & Place of written Examination would be made available in the district website from 10th February 2014.
How to Apply :
Application should be first registered in the prescribed format along with coloured scan copy of photograph as available in the District Website www.bardhaman.nic.in. Registrations with incomplete details & technically improper registrations would be summarily rejected.Applications are to be submitted in a sealed envelope superscribed with the Name of the Post Applied for, Place of Posting Applied for & Name of Block/ Municipality & Name of the Sub Division of Applicants’ residence against a receipt without verification at the Office of the District Magistrate, Social Welfare Section on any working day from 12 Noon to 3 P.M. on and from and 12th December 2013 to 12th January 2014.Only the first registered application would be accepted in case of duplicate applications

- Proof of residence from local authorities (Pradhan/ Councillor)/ BDO/SDO/ EPIC/Passport
- Proof of Date of Birth – Only Secondary level Admit Card/ Certificate to be accepted
- Proof of Educational Qualification – All documents justifying essential & desirable qualifications
- In case of retired employees proof of employment, tenure & experience and superannuation from the employer
