 Applications duly completed in all respects in the prescribed format along with the attested copies of educational qualifications, experience, date of birth, character certificate, medical registration certificate with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council, internship completion certificate, Mark Sheet of MBBS First Prof. Second Prof, Final Prof. Part-I and II, Caste/Community Certificate issued by the competent authority along with latest photograph and application fees should be submitted in the office of the Room No. 228 A(Dairy & Dispatch Section), Level II, Block D latest by 23.07.2013 up to 5.00 PM.  The interview for these posts will be held on 29.07.2013 at 10.00 A.M.
