Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) today issued a recruitment notification for Direct Recruitment Veterinary Assistant Surgeon & Research Assistant, Applications are invited only through online mode upto Eligible Candidates may apply only through Online mode upto 01.04.2013. • Veterinary Assistant Surgeon - 916 + 1 c/f MBC/DC (Ortho) Posts
• Research Assistant, (Institute of Veterinary Preventive Medicine, Ranipet ) - 5 posts

Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-

• Last date for submission of applications - 01.04.2013
• Last date for payment of Fee through Bank or Post Office - 03.04.2013

• Paper I - General Studies 28.04.2013 FN 10.00 A.M. to 12.00 P.M
• Paper II - Veterinary Science 28.04.2013 AN 02.00 P.M. to 05.00 P.M

Application Fees

• Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred only) be paid by all the candidates. (i.e. Costof Application Rs. 50/- + Examination fee Rs.250/-) 
• Candidates have also to pay the service charges applicable to the Bank or Post Office or Fee Processing Agency.
• Candidates can avail of the facility of one time Registration on payment of Rs.50/- towards Registration fee. The registration shall be valid for a period of Five years from the date of one time registration.

Those who have registered in the one timeregistration system and paid the registration fee of Rs.50/- and received the registration ID need not pay the application fee for a period of 5 years from the date of registration even if he applies for any other posts, subsequently notified by the Commission. But those
candidates shall pay examination fee.
(Details regarding the Examination Fee concessions referred under paragraph 12 of the ‘Instructions to the candidates’ will not apply to this recruitment).

Candidates should apply only through online in the Commission’s Website
www.tnpsc.gov.inor in www.tnpscexams.net.  The Online Application can be filled upto 01.04.2013 till 11.59 p.m., after which the link will be disabled
