Engagement for the posts of Professional Assistants on contract basis on consolidated remuneration of 13,500!- - Walk-in-interview.

Library and Documentation Division. NCERT requires 04 (Four) Professional Assistants on contract basis. The terms and conditions and educational qualification. experiences etc for the post of Professional Assistant are as follows.
1. Educational Qualification:
Essential:
I). M.Lib Science/MLlSc. Or equivalent with 50% marks
OR
Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline with 50% marks and BLib Sciencefl3L[ Science with 50% marks.
ii). Compute Science paper at Graduate/PG level or Six months computer science course from a recognized institution.

Desirable:
3 years experience in the field of Library & Information Science, Knowledge of library software.
2. Age Limit: Below 30 Years as on 20th March, 2013 (relaxation of age as per Govt. rules for SC/ST/OBC/Ex. Serviceman/PH etc
3. Reservation; As per Govt. rules.
4. Tenure: One year,
5. Remuneration: 13500/- (Rupees Thirteen thousand five hundred only) per month consolidated
6. Date and time of Interview: 20h March, 2013.
7. Venue of Interview: Office of the Head. LDD, First Floor, GB. Pant Block, NCERT, Sn Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi 110 016.
Those candidates. who fulfill the above conditions should come for the interview on the fixed date and report along-with Bio-data with attested passport size photo & testimonials before one hour of the scheduled time of interview to the Assistant Librarian. I. Candidates, ho hac alread worked in the NCERT for two and half a year need no apply
2. his the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that the’ fulfill the eligibility conditions in terms of educational qualifications & experience etc.
3. Candidates should bring their original certificates and relevant experience certificates. if any. to produce at the time of interview.
4. The candidates already in jobs should bring no objection certificate from their present employer
5. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
6. The contract engagement will not confer any claim for regular employment in NCERT.
7. On Selection, candidates sill be required to maintain decorum.
